If rain comes, remain indoors first 24 hours, close doors & windows, swab neck skin with beta-dine where thyroid area is... Radiation hits thyroid first and then it starts to spray. Please take extra precautions."

Many students are asking whether they would come to university to take exam  tomorrow by taking the risk of acid rain. I could not answer them
