Good post... but I think, inspiration should come through demonstration.

Obviously I agree with the mentioned 10 qualities of a teacher. But I emphasize more on knowledge and demonstation.A teacher should be well informed about the topic.Teachers should find out the way by which students can understand the topic most clearly.
