Chatbot helps museum visitors talk to artworks
« on: April 20, 2017, 08:44:40 PM »
The Museo de Arte Moderno in Buenos Aires (MAMBA) is offering its visitors the chance to pose their questions to a work of art with the help of a chatbot. Conceived by the MAMBA and the ad agency BBDO Argentina, "Dialogo con la obra" (Dialogue with the artwork) is an initiative intended to help visitors feel closer to art, according to ad industry site LBBOnline.com. "Bio Cosmos" by Emilio Renart was the work chosen for the project. Via chat, museum visitors can ask the work questions that are answered by a chatbot, which is a computer program that simulates conversation with a human user.
