Maintaining counselling hour file

We all know that now we have a predefined form to maintain the record of counselling hour. We always maintain our counselling hour but we have not preserve all of that. This is a very nice step to preserve the record. It is very easy to use. Thanks for the step to the head Dr. Touhid Bhuiyan sir of SWE department.

Yes sir. The most challenging thing is that every day we council a lot of student but never keep any record. So it is easy to forget.
