steps in handling PROBLEMS
« Reply #3 on: June 21, 2011, 03:07:27 PM »
Problems or Grievances should be handled in terms of their total effect on the organization and not on solely their immediate or individual effect. That means gathering all the facts that serve to explain when, how, where, to whom and why the problem occurred. And, gathering all the information to check the validity of the solutions and thus ascertaining the best possible solution.
