The word “Management” is the combination of three components including Manage + Men + T (Tactfully)

So, Managing man tactfully is called Management.

According to Mary Parkar Fullet, “Management is getting things done through other”

Finally, Management is the set of activities such as planning, organizing, leading and controlling to achieve organizational goals with the utilization of scarce resources (6M) Man, Machine, Material, Method, Money and Market effectively and in efficient manner.
