All the citizen have the right to put a general diary(GD) on the entry book. Whenever a victim meet a dangerous threat , possibility to artificial damage,theft, robbery or fraud,he or she should go to the thana for keeping a GD. Most of the cases it is seen that police who is in duty, plays a trick behave with that victim. Besides,police officers demand money more than one hundred but the rule is that only one hundred is enough according to 'fousdary' rule. In the sphere,victim can go to the magistrate court to issue a claim against that officer. If the magistrate court level officers are honest and patriot minded then the victim can hope to get justice.It is possible to get inequality when forming a charge-sheet,but not other country.
