Notice for students having poor CGPA


As you know the minimum CGPA to get degree is 2.5 i.e. students having poor (i.e. below 2.5) CGPA will not be able to get the degree. DIU higher authority has suggested us to provide counseling to students having poor CGPA. Please see the following list(Attached) of students having poor CGPA. We have assigned faculty members who will advise the students. Students will find their name and ID as well as name (initial) of faculty member in the last column.

Therefore concerned students are suggested to contact the respective faculty members as soon as possible.

Fees Payment Schedule of Fall'2013 Midterm Examination.

    The Accounts Clearance issue & fees collection will be held at DIU Accounts Office Floor (1st floor of Hotel Nidmohol building).

    Students are asked to bring & deposit the exact change notes of their payable amounts for paying their fees quickly.

    Late fee Tk 200/- will be applicable for not paying on the specified date. Unless paying the installment in time, no one will be allowed to sit for the examination.

    Besides DIU Cash Counter, students can pay through the Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) of BRAC Bank Limited at their nearest location (http://www.bracbank.com/CDM.php). On that case, students have to deposit the fees at least two (2) days before their scheduled date of payment. Students must collect the CDM Money Receipt & Deposit Envelop from DIU Accounts Office earlier and may learn the procedure for using this channel successfully.


We anticipate our students' cooperation in paying their fees timely.

The students of Daffodil International University are hereby notified that the fees required for campus/ department change has been refixed and the amount is Tk. 5,000/- (Five thousand) with effect from Spring 2014.


If any student changes the campus, the facilities (waiver and others) and fees structure will be calculated on the basis of the campus where the student admitted initially.

NOTICE

(Mid Term Improvement Examination Fall 2013)

Students of the Faculty of Science & Information Technology (FSIT) and Department of NFE, willing to sit for the Mid Improvement examination (Fall-2013), are advised to get clearance from the accounts section by paying required fees for each course and submit their application to their respective department by November 24, 2013.

The improvement examination will be held from November 27 to November 30, 2013. The exact date and time of the examination will be announced by the exam committee members of each department.

Students will not be allowed to sit for the examination if found without ID card with DIU ribbon. Cell phone is strictly prohibited in the examination hall.
