Social Business Accounting Equation:

Assets = Liabilities+ Owner's Capital+ Social Welfare Fund

Here, The concept and definition of Assets, Liabilities and Owner's capital are same as it is but the concept of Social Welfare Fund is new which is the accumulated profit of social business to be used to run the business with a view to improve social welfare. It is to mention that, from a social business no owner can take any portion of profit as dividend but he can get back his invested money which is here known as " Owner's Capital" after achieving his business objective and then the business will be continued with social welfare fund.
