Job Tracking
« on: March 10, 2010, 05:48:44 PM »
Dear all

I think, all teachers should actively participate in Job Tracking so that they can let their concerned Head or boss know how he or she is trying to develop the students and add value to the University. There can be points on that for increment and promotion. This is my personal opinion.

To become a teacher, one must have behavioral competence. S/he should know how to manage anger and stress.

Job Tracking
« Reply #8 on: March 22, 2010, 11:01:05 AM »
Dear Sir

The faculty members are asking for a demo workshop on Job Tracking. Mr. Rashed and Mr. Rubel can conduct the session. Most of the teachers are confused whether they have to write their daily activities or not. I don't think each teacher should write the same daily activities again and again. For example, I have taken classes successfully, checked answer scripts, counseled a lot of students, guided internship students, carried out the tasks ordered by the Head etc. The respected Head may create a group and assign a task. For example, The exam committee and their members can create a group and follow up their tasks and upload the latest. Once everybody starts doing it, they will be used to it gradually and create their own group and write their accomplished tasks.

However, the workshop can be done department wise. what do you think?
