Do we know the meaning of procrastination that's been pointed here in time management?
Those who worship the natural elements enter darkness (Air, Water, Fire, etc.). Those who worship sambhuti sink deeper in darkness. [Yajurveda 40:9]; Sambhuti means created things, for example table, chair, idol, etc.

Keep a calendar or planner
      Monthly, weekly, daily
Make a study plan and stick to it

Use daylight hours to study more    efficiently

Guard your time; don’t let it be stolen from you!

Answering the door or phone is a choice, Not mandatory.

Create a simple "To Do" list

This simple program will help you identify a few items, the reason for doing them, a time line for getting them done, and then printing this simple list and posting it for reminders.

good post...I also maintain some techniques to manage everything,I usually do planning of every work,I set a maximum time for finishing this but I try to finish this as quickly as it is possible with necessary perfections. Trying to be 100% perfectionist in finishing work creates procrastination. So no need to do anything with 100 % perfection,we have to fulfil what is required to the maximum possible perfection. Again, I follow my planning as far as I can. If sometimes,my planning can't work or needs amendment, promptly I change my plan to achieve my target,so I do not feel burden & I do much work rather than others with no planning.
