what lacks in Bangladeshi treatment

Our doctors are experts. They are well trained but why do we go to foreign countries?
I have myself been to Chennai recently . Now I know what lacks in our country.
You wont believe how professional, experts and caring the doctors and sisters in Chennai are.
The only difference between Bangladesh and India is they care and we dont.
