English is an international language. There are a lots of importance of learning English.

        1.Higher Studies- Learning English is very important for higher    studies. Because every book of higher education is written in English.

        2. Getting a good Job- If anyone want to get a good job then it is very necessary to speak in English. Otherwise he/she doesn't get any good job.

        3. To communicate- If any one think I don't do any job because my father has a large business or I do business. Then I am sorry to say that you have to also learn English. Because Business,an have to deal with other parties . And other parties may be foreigner . Then What you do.

        4. To update yourself- Now a days it is very important to update ourselves. And to update ourselves it is very important to know English.

        It is high time to learn English. So let's learn English.

Not "Important of learning English, rather the phrase should be "Importance of learning English". In this kind of phrase the headword is a noun so the words together is a noun phrase. The headword is modified by the prepositional phrase beginning with 'of'.
