Are we maintaining our self-respect inside workplace?
« on: October 13, 2011, 11:29:17 AM »
It is a matter of great regret that some of faculty members do not use faculty room for university works. Rather they gossip too much & others feel disturb by their actions. All faculty members are respected persons. We all should behave equitably so that others cannot be disturbed to perform his responsibilities. Ensuring healthy working environment is very important for everybody's creative works. Our Chairman Sir is trying his best to maintain quality of our University & we are misusing that by our random,care-free behaviour.Often we say that we are not doing job for ever in this university. But that should not be meant that we can avoid our moral duty to maintain professionalism inside office. If authority give some attention in this respect,we all will be benefitted as this is also place of developing our quality. We should know that it is office, not home. If we have cordial relation with another colleague,we can maintain that outside campus. We should not do any odd-looking or excess cordiality inside faculty room which destroys professional tranquility & destroys our personality in front of other teachers, students & administrative officials. When we,faculty members are not conscious about our self-respect,how can we tell our students to have it??? Would you please, think about it?
