Teacher =Friend x Student

(Mentor + Guide + Career Developer + Supervisor + Adviser + Instructor + Model + Idol) its all  depends on friend ....
A good friend bring those things ... 
You  are just a teacher but not a good friend then (Mentor + Guide + Career Developer + Supervisor + Adviser + Instructor + Model + Idol) those things are not included of student development....
