Why Dhaka is so crowded city(Traffic Jam)

When we face traffic jam we notice that in the road there are so many privet car and CNG.

nature:
The traffic jam are occurs for the PRIVATE CAR and CNG. If it is possible to reduce the private car running on the Dhaka city road then we must lead a happy life in Dhaka city without the boring traffic jam. But this is not possible.
