contribution and adverse effects in our economy against THIRD position in T/C

there is no doubt that we all welcome the position of RGM sector of Bangladesh with enthusiasm and encouragement. we are are happy and proud to get this position.

i especially like to go for value analysis of this contribution in the following aspects:

-what is the actual gain in terms of money for Bangladesh economy?
- what are the environmental and health loss in terms of money?
-What can be done to minimize the losses occurred?   
-what should we do (make promise) to stop this losses?

along with these, we should use 'Eco-metric' to calculate losses in:
water
air
land, etc.

lets start discussion these matter with references.
