Barriers of practicing e-HRM in the Enterprises of Bangladesh

The barriers of practicing  e-HRM in the enterprises of Bangladesh are as follows:
1. Lack of top management commitment
2. Lack of expertise (s) in IT
3. Lack of employee involvement
4. Lack of Communication
5. Inadequate financial support
6. Lack of motivation and training
7. Lack of knowledge in implementing the system
8. Poorly needs analysis
9. Lack of suitable software
10 Difficulty in changing the organization culture
11. Fearful of changing the way they do things
