It is a go of the era that, manufacturers sometimes do not pay heed to warn the consumers about the side effects/ negative impacts of a product.
So why we will not be more cautious about our self security!

The most common cause of hair loss is
•   Androgenetic alopecia
Other common causes of hair loss are
•   Drugs (including chemotherapeutic agents)
•   Infections (including fungal infection)
•   Systemic illnesses (particularly those that cause high fever, , endocrine disorders, and nutritional deficiencies)

Its a important post. We should always try to avoide the dangerous sampoo.
