Following the Regulations Created by Law

We must follow the rules and regulations, selected by the country through government policies. We need to motivate ourselves to do so. No one can change anybody if he/she does not realize to change himself/herself.

Of course.. Change -- negative to positive or positive to negative; depends on the individual willingness (without some exceptions).

Law creates rules and regulations for the welfare of us. So we should follow those rules and regulation.

If we can follow the rules and regulations that's created by our Parliament then we lead a free and happy life. And if we don't follow the rules and regulations then we face so much problems and life is so much difficult. 
We should try to our level best that follow the rules and regulations that's created by law.

What is the function & purpose of law? Simply the answer is- to maintain,justice,stability & to bring peaceful change. So when people follow the rules & regulations, by that they respect other's rights & fulfils duties. So no chaos is created & overall,all people can get the fruit of this discipline. But when one in anywhere creates problem by not following law,people in everywhere are affected! So for our betterment, we should follow the rules & regulations.
