Make a drink with the following items and take this drink every night before going to bed because it will act while you’re relaxing at night and your body isn’t stressed.

"Half a glass of water
A branch of parsley or coriander
A cucumber
A spoonful of honey
A spoonful of lemon juice
A spoonful of aloe vera gel
A spoonful of ground ginger"
