@ sami : breakfast that combines the calories and proper food to control the metabolism of your body can be called as balanced breakfast. The best range of calories for breakfast should be in between 350 -500. In this way you have to plan your breakfast and pick one food from at least three of the following food groups:
•   One-ounce equivalent of grains
•   One cup equivalent of fruit or vegetables
•   One cup equivalent of milk or calcium-rich foods
•   One-ounce equivalent of protein
Here I give a sample of balanced breakfast menu perspective of our habits:
•   2  lean rooti or 2 slice bread
•   One cup of cooked mixed vegetable
•   One egg (weekly 2 whole, otherwise white only )or 1 tablespoon peanut butter or one ounce meat or fish
•   One seasonal fruit
•   A cup of green tea or lemon tea with slight sugar
