What is the function & purpose of law? Simply the answer is- to maintain,justice,stability & to bring peaceful change. So when people follow the rules & regulations, by that they respect other's rights & fulfils duties. So no chaos is created & overall,all people can get the fruit of this discipline. But when one in anywhere creates problem by not following law,people in everywhere are affected! So for our betterment, we should follow the rules & regulations.

 said by an expert renowned  philosopher  :),he may be right or may not be ,but we can't think a day of our society without rules and regulations.
