presumption of innocence: A Dilemma
« on: July 25, 2019, 07:43:00 PM »
Abraham’s followers believe in original sin. Adam and Eve were sent to the world as punishment. So we are the product of sin. We are not innocent. That is why Jesus Christ had to be crucified. He redeemed our sin. The Romans spread this doctrine all over the Europe. Islam also inherited the doctrine. Though it is much furnished. The sin of Adam and Eve do not haunt human kind so much as it is in Christianity. Thus no Christ had to sacrifice himself to redeem human kind from sin. Nevertheless it cannot be said that Islam does not teach some sort of sinfulness of human species.
