We may think about the loss of bad temper........

1. Angry with anyone implies the loss of a friend and sometimes creation of an enemy.

2. So many physical problems ( high blood pressure is very common) etc.

If we can keep in mind.....there is a difference between Person and Personality (behavior).

তারপরও মানুষ রাগ করে এবং তা নিয়ন্ত্রন করতে পারে না। আসলে কৌশলগুলো সবসময় অভ্যাস করে নিতে হবে না হলে হঠাৎ করে কাজে লাগানো যাবে না..

hungry men are angry men...so having food can be taken as a point:)

Better to wait for a sorry from the person who did wrong or misbehaved.

saratasneem:
Try to be easy with others.We know that forgiveness is noble virtue. Internment of the mentioned virtue may help to control anger.
