Causes of Dissatisfaction Regarding Wages

Employee’s wages are low. They can not fulfill their physiological need
Employee performs difficult task. They work hard but employer pay too less to them
Labors are faced with irregular employment. There is no job security  of the labors. Employer any time can to terminate labor’s job.
