There is fear among Bengali intellectuals that the trend of mixing English with Bengali in conversations, especially in the young community of Bangladesh, may change the fundamental structure of the language. Though there is no sign of concern regarding this issue is visible in the urban young population, the way they speak Bengali is definitely not the same as that of their previous generations. What is your take on this issue?

An interesting topic, indeed! However, I believe that grooming is important in such cases. Not only parents and educational institutions but also social and electronic media should be careful in terms of using individual languages.
