Regarding a mail from the "Email Administrator"

Assalamu alaikum,
I hope you all are sound & safe by the grace of Allah.

I have just received a mail from "email administrator" regarding some undelivered messages. Here I am pasting the email body with subject & SS. Is it a spam or something like that? Seeking expert opinion.

Subject: MAIL DNS (22) Undelivered Messages. Please check Domain settings!
