Hope the program will be held in befitting manner. No indiscipline expected. I heard Susmita will render songs. I plan to be present there with my family. Particularly my two minor daughters should enjoy it a lot. Greetings of Bani Archana to all! All the best.

Vedas are considered the most sacred amongst all the Sanaton Dharma or Hindu scriptures. There are 4 main vedas. Rig Ved, Yajur Ved, Sam Ved and Athar Ved.

Yajur Ved:- Consider the following verses from the Yajur Ved:
" Na tasya pratima asti (" There is no image of Him") [Yajurved 32:3]

" There is no image of Him whose glory verily is great. He sustains within Himself all luminous objects like sun etc. May He not harm me, this is my prayer. As He in unborn. He deserves our worship. [The Yajurved by Devi Chand M.A.pg 377]

ii) " He is bodyless and pure." Yujurved 40:8 [Yajurveda samhita by Ralph I.H.Griffith pg 538]

2. Atharva ved . Consider the following verses fro Atharva ved:-

i) " Deev maha osi"
God is verily great" [Atharvaveda 20 58:3]

3. Rig Ved i) the oldest of all the vedas is Rig veda. It is also the one considered most sacred by Hindus. The Rig Ved states that " Sages(learned Priest) call one God by many names" [ Rigveda 1:164:46]

4. Brahma Sutra of Hindu Vedanta is:- " Ekam Brahm, dvitiya naste neh na naste kinchan"
"There is only one God, not the second; not at all, not at all.not in the least bit".

5. "I am the goal of life, the LORD and support of all, the inner witness, the abode of all. I am the only refuge, the ONE true friend; I am the beginning, the staying, and the end of creation; I am the womb and the eternal seed. I am heat; I give and withhold the rain. I am immortality and I am death; I am what is and what is not" [Bhagavad Gita 9:18-19]

6. " O friends, do not worship ANYBODY but Him, the Divine One. Praise Him ALONE."[Rigveda 8:1:1]

7. "He is ONE ONLY without a second." [Chandogya Upanishad 6:2:1]
Those who worship the natural elements enter darkness (Air, Water, Fire, etc.). Those who worship sambhuti sink deeper in darkness. [Yajurveda 40:9]; Sambhuti means created things, for example table, chair, idol, etc.

Learned Hindus, who are well versed in their scriptures, insist that a Hindu should believe in and worship only one God.

“Andhatama pravishanti ye asambhuti mupaste”
“They enter darkness, those who worship the natural elements” (Air, Water, Fire, etc.). “They sink deeper in darkness, those who worship sambhuti.”
[Yajurveda 40:9]
Sambhuti means created things, for example table, chair, idol, etc.

“Those whose intelligence has been stolen by material desires surrender unto demigods and follow the particular rules and regulations of worship according to their own natures.”
[Bhagavad Gita 7:20]

“Ekam evadvitiyam”
“He is One only without a second.”
[Chandogya Upanishad 6:2:1]1

“Na casya kascij janita na cadhipah.”
“Of Him there are neither parents nor lord.”
[Svetasvatara Upanishad 6:9]2

“Na tasya pratima asti”
“There is no likeness of Him.”
[Svetasvatara Upanishad 4:19]3

“Na samdrse tisthati rupam asya, na caksusa pasyati kas canainam.”
“His form is not to be seen; no one sees Him with the eye.”
[Svetasvatara Upanishad 4:20]4

“na tasya pratima asti”
There is no image of Him.”
[Yajurveda 32:3]

“shudhama poapvidham”
“He is bodyless and pure.”
[Yajurveda 40:8]

God is mentioned as Ila (Allah) is the following places:

Rigveda Book 2 hymn 1 verse 11

Rigveda Book 3 hymn 30 verse 10

Rigveda Book 9 hymn 67 verse 30

Amongst the various Upanishads one of the Upanishads is named as ‘Allo’ Upanishad in which God is referred to as “Allah” several times.
Those who worship the natural elements enter darkness (Air, Water, Fire, etc.). Those who worship sambhuti sink deeper in darkness. [Yajurveda 40:9]; Sambhuti means created things, for example table, chair, idol, etc.

mythological consort of Lord Brahma, Saraswati is the personification of knowledge – arts, science and crafts. She represents power, creativity and inspiration and presents herself when the weather is pleasant and nature is in its full grandeur. It is a season of inspiration and passion.

Honorable members
I have full respect for all of your point of views and comments. What i meant is we, the followers, don't go through our own holy scriptures. The Muslims, Hindus, Christians and other followers are supposed to read their own scriptures without looking at what their fore-fathers did. People's views and practices change over time and We, the followers, just try to follow our parents and relatives without reading what is written there in our holy books. We ought to read our holy scriptures with understanding. Nothing written here were my own words and thoughts. These are all quotations from Gita and Vedas. We all should come to common terms of different faiths that there is only one GOD. Because all religious scriptures say that there is only one GOD without a second.
Respectfully
