Proper sleep is necessary for our health. Sleep give us a fresh mind to do our task. It is very helpful for our health. And I think sleep in night is better than others.

I was a regular late sleeper from my childhood.I had a habit of studying late.

Nice concern regarding sleeping. But early to be bed and early to rise is the best policy indeed but hardly we can maintain.
