Obviously, sound sleep is a driving force to restore the memory. But other factors such as balanced deit, anxiety-free life, regular exercise, maintainting own duties to all are also needed.

A fresh beginning requires fresh sleep...

Proper sleep is necessary for our health. Sleep give us a fresh mind to do our task. It is very helpful for our health. So  we need to sleep to keep our body fit .
