I think it would b so helpful for our students to make correction in writting and speaking. If anybody memorise it properly he must become not so fluent but be well understand about english. He/she may remove their weekness in english.

Is there any way to learn any language without giving much emphasis or being focused on grammar. As we know kids start learning languages not even knowing abc of grammar.

By using any language extensively, we can acquire the proficiency of that language upto the level we expect..the more we practise, the better we will be..

ya.......thats the key, extensive use of any language boosts up the level of expertise of the learners. I personaly feel that students should be encouraged to use english in their every academic affairs and foster a congenial atmosphere for all of us.
