Putting oneself in others' shoes is a positive English phrase used in teaching human perception in Business Communication. It means please you put yourself in others' situation. If we can look and think from others' point of view, then most of the problems will be solved. Mr. Quazi uses this term. Please put yourself in others' shoes (situation). Please think from others' point of view. If a father thinks from his son's point of view, if a son thinks from his father's point of views, all problems between father and son will be solved. If an employee can think from the employer's point of view and an employer can think from his/her employee's point of views, all problems will be solved automatically. Let us try to understand others' point of views.
