Asset Management
« on: September 03, 2009, 04:45:46 PM »
Dear Colleagues

Please be informed that it is our moral duty that we should take care and protect  the University assets and equipment. I believe only ten or twelve security personnel are not enough for security purposes. Each of us is morally responsible for our university security. if any of us suspects anybody, please inform the security or the authority concerned.

Let's love our DIU and try to uphold its image.

Dear Rumman bhai

You are right. Each of us has to be careful about our university assets. We can also motivate our students to be vigilant in this regard. If any student assumes any suspicious activity, he or she should inform the teacher or the concerned authority. Unity is strength, divided we will fall. Let's take an oath from now on, no thief can steal or damage any propriety of our university.

Please look at the article i have written on we can become good employees.

1. TAKE THE INITIATIVE
2. GENERATE NEW IDEAS
3. OFFER YOUR HELP
4.  ASK YOUR BOSS TO DELEGATE
5. OFFER SOLUTIONS
6.  OFFER COMPLIMENTS
7. SHOW COMMITMENT
8. STAY POSITIVE

Let's be responsible and motivate others.

Dear all

Once again i would like to share with you that we all have to be alert in Asset management. Day before yesterday, two purses of our female colleagues were stolen. Thieves are available here and there. So let us be careful in locking doors. Please don't forget to switch off the lights, fans and AC's or instruct the staff concerned to do so.

Let us be more careful lest we might lose things more and more.

All employees have to think that it  is our university and all assets  are ours. For this reason we need to be very careful regarding our assets. And we also have to be very careful in using  of these assets. First we have to gather knowledge how to use these assets.
