English is such a nice language with which we can express a matter in a very simple way by using few words but still means a lot.A single sentence can be said  in a different form keeping the sense ok.When I watch  a movie I wish If I could talk like that.We feel uneasy talking in English cause while talking we give more concentration on the grammar rather than what we wanna say and as a result the mess. Stock of word, tense, use of preposition are the main content.Another most imp thing is PRACTICE. Basically we feel shy if anything goes wrong what ppl will say moke at me etc etc.But we need to do it for our sake PRACTICE PRACTICE & PRACTICE. Our Authority declared Wed & Thurs day as English speaking day.Its a gr8 opportunity to practice.Who knows may be we will be doing so for the entire week, month and finally year.Thank you all sending such  useful links and Im sure it will be very effective.

Dear Ms.Aziz,

I also feel like you whenever I watch a movie.I think it is not impossible for anyone to have a sophisticated command on English if he/she is sincere about that. The way you have pointed out the obstacles on the way of speaking English fluently, manifests your honest endeavor. The determination with which you are moving forward, you just have to keep it up.You are sure to succeed.

I wish you all the best.

If you consider four main part of English, the four would be

1.Reading

2.listening

3.Speaking

4. Writing

=> You don't need to practice all four specifically. <=

If you practice   Reading then the output would be writing

If you practice Listening the out put would be speaking.

As a computer science student , finally I'll say

             Input         ------------       Output

            Reading      -----------         Writing + reading ability+ vocabulary

Listening    ------------         Speaking + Listening power + Vocabulary & correct pronunciation

This is my personal observation, I'll be happy to know your opinion.
