How do I reduce diabetes without medicine?


In the morning drink 2 glass of water preferably luke warm water and walk for 30 minutes. If possible take 1 tsp methi / Fenugreek powder.

Breakfast by 9 AM:Eat 1 boiled egg, 1 roti, boiled vegetables as much as you like. Walk for 30 minutes.

Lunch by 2 PM : 2 roti/ rice, plenty vegetables, fish/ meat / chicken. Walk for 15 minutes.

Dinner by 8 PM : 1 roti, boiled vegetables, milk alk. Walk for 30 minutes. Preferably light food.

Avoid maida, deep fried food, sweet dishes. TV watching for long time.

Choose low carb food. Exercise daily for 30 minutes - staircase climbing , cycling, swimming, running etc. Try to drink luke warm water always.
