Fatigue After Eating – Causes and Solutions

Fatigue after eating is something very natural, which does not bother you. This is perfectly normal, especially if you have been working, training or you have something that is distressing. We should not worry if you feel sleepy after eating; this is normal, but not recommended. If you want to lie down and relax after a meal is better to first do some exercises or take a walk for about 30 minutes. Give your body time to process at least part of the food.

The cause of fatigue after a meal is very simple. After approving the food outweighs the human body and the blood down into the abdomen to spread nutrients from food through your body.
Thus, blood pressure drops and you often feel sleepy it. Another reason of course is that in most cases, people take too much food at once; it is neither useful nor correct because the body cannot process large amounts of food at once. It is assumed that the more often you eat and in small portions, the better your body absorbs the food you take and thus not load your body.

What should we do to prevent tiredness after eating?
The answer is very simple. You just have to eat more often and less. Ingestion of food in small portions is much more useful than to eat 3 times a day to fill your stomach completely. This leads to many problems, obesity, hernia, big belly, heart problems and others. The quantity of food is not the only factor that is relevant to fatigue. It is also very important to take vitamin-rich food. Naturally, the richest in vitamins foods are vegetables, they should always be present in your menu, but also not forget the fish, meat and all kinds of sausages.  Fish is rich in various kinds of useful vitamins A, B, B1, B2, B5, and B12, iron, zinc, calcium and manganese. This is the most useful natural cocktail of vitamins that you can find. As we all know it is not possible to add any significant body of food supplements. To do this you will need to eat 20 different foods per day in small quantities, which is almost impossible or more costly. So there are some nutritional supplements that are natural extracts and you can find them in every store in the form of soluble tablets. They include all the important nutritional supplements that are needed by your body, but not replace them with food! They are dietary supplements and not a substitute.

Feeling Exhausted After Eating

If you wonder why you always feel tired after eating, stop! This is a very easy question that anyone can answer you, but finding a solution to the problem is quite another thing. Problem of fatigue and feeling of exhaustion is due mainly to unregulated food. Many people make the mistake of eating irregularly. When a person eats 1-2 times a day your stomach shrinks and as a result, when eat less to feel City, but after some time again we are hungry. Fast food also plays a role in the problem of fatigue. Most often when we eat fast, your stomach does not have time to expand and as a result, can experience pain and fatigue.

What should we do to prevent a feeling of exhaustion after eating?
Requirements that need to cover are few. First and most important for your health and preventing fatigue is a regular meal, often and in small portions. It has been proven that eating 4-5 times a day is the optimal way of food intake. So your stomach is never left empty or too full. If you eat 2 or 3 times a day threaten to overload his stomach, especially if you have a large appetite. Thus, stomach and fills your body needs time to process food. Consequently, you feel tired and no desire to move or work.

Food for your Body

The food you eat should also cover any specific requirements. Relax and do not have to waive certain types of foods. Just eat different types of food and do not overdo it with any of them. The combination of vegetables and meat is advisable. This will take all necessary for your body vitamins, minerals and nutrients.

Adjust your appetite
Appetite is the biggest enemy of the people who want to lose weight, but not only them but also to everyone else. Appetite leads to faster absorption of food and thus it is not sufficient ground for chewing and as a result, your stomach is much more difficult to handle it. Already described above what happens when food is processed slowly. Do not take food on foot. When you eat you should be seated. Body movement is not recommended.

There are some dietary supplements that can help with digestion. With them you will help your stomach to process faster and more complete food so that all nutrients to be processed and transported to the muscles of the body through the bloodstream. However, we recommend you try a natural source of vitamins such as vegetables and fruits. If this is not enough you can help with appropriate additives.

Effective Diet to Manage Tiredness

tiredness dietDiet and nutrition is very important in managing tiredness. The combination of foods that we take invariably determine our energy levels during the day, therefore, if you eat a diet that is low in energy you will experience fatigue during the day.
Some individuals assume that they can overcome tiredness by simply switching their diet. The truth is that certain kinds of foods are responsible for this condition. Foods that cause tiredness include junk food, hydrogenated fats, and fructose sugars. Dairy products have also been found to contribute to tiredness.

Your diet should consist of at least six meals a day. Small helping are good because they allow the body to digest them well. On the contrary, huge meals are not beneficial to the body because what is absorbed into the body is only a small portion of what is ingested. In addition, consuming large portions increase fatigue after eating and this makes you drowsy and sleepy too. Nutritionists recommend that fat should only consist of a small portion of daily calories. Most congenital diseases can be traced to the use of fat that is found in protein food substances. If you cannot avoid such proteins, then you can choose a fish diet or fish oil supplements. Always use organic foods because their nutrient content is high. Processed foods have high amounts of chemicals and preservatives that are potentially harmful in the long run.

The chief reason why junk and all unhealthy foods should be eliminated from your diet is because they do not have any nutritional benefits to the body but rather they overwork the kidney and consequently cause tiredness. One way to manage fatigue is to plan your diet. This basically entails creating a food schedule that will help you to establish healthy eating patterns. By implementing such a diet plan, you will be able to discover which food combinations gives energy to the body and which ones leaves you tired or drained of energy.

You should include a lot of vegetables in your diet. Alternatively, you can use fruit juice which provides vital minerals to your body. These minerals are useful in improving body metabolism and immunity. The body is more vulnerable to disease when it is exhausted or experiencing extreme tiredness. The only way to boost your immunity is by taking these food substances. If the body lacks vital minerals, it may take time to recover during an illness. You also need to cut down on your intake of red meat and hydrogenated fat. Also avoid sugary foods especially sweets and soda and all kinds of processed carbohydrates food. Eating too much of these substances will lower the intake of vitamins and minerals. Consequently, they will bring about abrupt changes in blood sugar level which may leave you feeling fatigued and depressed in periodic sugar.

An important thing that you need to consider is that there could be other factors that are linked to your situation, hence depending on food only as a remedy to manage tiredness may leave you disappointed in the long run.

This also increases the time that you take to complete a task which means that other tasks may be shelved or postponed. Although many jobs vary in terms of degree or the nature of work, you will find it difficult to accomplish simple tasks. Similarly, you may fail to follow through your work schedule and get disoriented because of lack of diminished attention. In some instances, where working becomes impossible you may be forced to abandon your career or switch to less demanding jobs and this translates to lower incomes and work benefits.

Thirdly, constant tiredness may strain your marriage or relationship. This is a common problem which may be misconstrued as lack of interest or commitment to you partner. Consequently, this may lead to quarrels, separation, or break ups especially among young couples. Your partner may find it very difficult to understand the situation and cope with your condition in the long run.

Fourthly, this condition may also limit your movements and activities. The reason for this is that the body does not have enough energy to sustain your movements or activities for a long time. Since the body gets exhausted easily, you may be forced to remain in one place. This is likely to cause depression especially when there is limited contact with family and friends.

Fifthly, you may also find that your dependency on medication to cope with constant tiredness will increase. Drugs may have adverse effects on the body in the long run and this compound your problems. In addition, you will also need periodic attention from someone and this may increase cost of living considerably especially in cases of extreme tiredness.

Finally, this condition may cause deterioration of both physical and mental health. Your inability to sleep and eat because of insomnia or lack of appetite will intensify your condition. This may lead to weight loss and diminished concentration, impaired memory, and restlessness.
