Many managers in our country have to learn participatory leadership style; most of them actually follow autocratic style.

To me, lack of intrapreneurial culture may lead to quality fall of an organization. We must encourage new ideas and accept those even if they might fail sometimes. We should encourage teamwork, cooperation and motivation. Training should be given on corporate culture, organizational behavior or behavioral competence. Promotion and increment should also be based on behavioral competence judged by not only bosses but also fellow colleagues who will be unbiased.

"Any employee who speaks negatively of his or her organization without any reason should leave the place."
We should speak positively of our organization. We must be positive even if we have scope for improvement.
