SO ,EVERYBODY SHOULD BE FOLLOW THE HAIRCARE NOURISHMENT METHODS :
1. TRY TO BATH WITH NORMAL WATER .
2. TRY TO AVOID SOAP WASH OF HAIR
3. DRINK NORMAL WATER
4. DRINK CITRUS FRUIT LIKE LEMON AND SOUR MANGO OR FRESH PUDINA WITH RAW TEA
5. DRINK FERMENTED MILK AS BUTTERY
6. EVERYDAY , TAKE LENTILS SOUP
7. TRY TO AVOID EXCESS VEGETABLE OIL INTAKE
9. SMALL FISH IN THE MEAL
This trips will automatically make everyone healthy and stress free mind in the Summer time. Moreover, these trips will nourish the hair , and skin in sound condition.
