Student-teacher gap
Sharmin Jahan:
It’s really a very important thing, Nusrat madam. According to my point of view, communication is the most effective way to solve any problem. We should work to reduce the communication gap between teachers and students.

Every teacher should get equal opportunity to be involved with extra-curricular activities with students to build a good relationship between teacher and student.

Tanzina Madam
Do you have any particular suggestion to get each teacher involved with extra curricular activities? Not all teachers are interested in extra curricular activities. Some teachers have responsibility at home to carry out. So they cannot be involved even though some of them are interested in. On the other hand, some of them may take offense if they are forced to do so. However, i do agree with your idea that each teacher should be involved in extra curricular activities. It should Not be like that once a teacher is involved in an activity, he or she is supposed to do it always. Each should be given the opportunity by rotation..

Six principles for gradual and measurable improvement of students:
1) Expect improvement to be continual, gradual, and incremental.
2) Maintain a constant focus on student learning goals.
3) Focus on teaching, not teachers.
4) Make improvements in context of the teaching.
5) Make improvements in the work of teachers.
6) Build a system that can learn from its own experience.

Can anyone of you give me any good suggestion on how to deal with students on counseling? I hardly get time to say my prayer and eat lunch because students are coming in battalions all the time though they are told to come in specific time. I feel totally exhausted and tired with counseling students sometimes. Any suggestion that can gear me up!
