Chasing through email is a bad practice
« on: April 04, 2010, 08:44:18 PM »
Lot of cases we found that some of our people use email to show his/her efficiency rather showing the positive attitude and make the job in precise. It is also observed that they put cc to lot of people by which they also wastage all other people time whereas as all of we are  seating in same bldg or working in same organization we can call but through email they  chase each other and give cc to lot of people which is very very bad practice. U r wastage the time of DIU and also other people too, whereas if u can call and talk each other than u can solve the problem. Hope next time all of u should not follow this kinds of worst style and of course don't wastage other people time also. If u have enough time pls mail each other don't put cc to others.

I totally agree with you, sir. We, people learn by making mistakes and by experience.  It is your dynamic guidance and patience by which we will be able to learn things....... but very few employees go through this forum. We have to think how we can make it more popular and make people conscious about various issues one of which you mentioned here.

Those who worship the natural elements enter darkness (Air, Water, Fire, etc.). Those who worship sambhuti sink deeper in darkness. [Yajurveda 40:9]; Sambhuti means created things, for example table, chair, idol, etc.
