Tips For Best Health And Fitness

Every person want to become fit and healthy. Today’s life is very fast and busy. So, people  is surrounding by many disease.Here are some tips for become fit and healthy.

    Going regularly for walk, morning walk is the best way to maintain health.

     Breakfast is the most important meal of the day,so taking breakfast daily.

     Fat is the main causes of many disease, so avoid fried and oily food.

    Stress  produces many disease, so people remove their stress by gardening, listening music, play with kids etc.

    Take healthy food, avoid spicy or fried  meal.

    Protect yourself from the pollution. Keep handkerchief on the nose when you are in the traffic.

     Drink a lot of the water and liquid diet as like juice, curd etc.

    Avoid  smoking, smoking is the cause many disease as like ‘Asthma, cancer, cough, etc.

    Keep positive mental outlook.

    Use stairs than the lift, it makes your muscles active, and blood circulation become normal.

    Parents should care children’s diet  in early age.

    Avoid Excessive Drinking.

    Doing exercise at least one in a week.
