When male-pattern baldness begins, the hair becomes increasingly thinner and thinner until it is eventually altogether gone. The root cause of this is the human hormone known as dihydrotesttosterone otherwise called (DHT). When there is an over abundance of DHT in the scalp, it attaches itself to the hair follicles thus blocking the blood supply and interrupting their growth. As time continues, the follicles, deprived of the necessary nutrients, shrink and the hair shaft width is decreased. The hair gets thinner as a result of this. When a hair shaft has become to small then no new hair may continue to grow from the follicle.

Winter Hair Care Tips
Wear a scarf, hat or cap to protect your hair from the cold and wind. Make sure that it's not so tight where it will restrict circulation in your scalp.

Use a conditioner daily.

Once you have your hair moist, lock in the moisture by running your hair through cold water; this will also give your hair an extra shine.

Don't go outside with your hair wet, you risk breakage. Your hair will freeze if it's cold enough outside and may break.

Limit your use of "hot" items on your hair such as a blow dryers and curling irons.

If you need to use a "hot" item use a leave in conditioner before using the item on your hair.

Avoid taking hot showers or washing your hair in hot water. Use warm or cool water instead, the heat can dry out and/or damage your hair and skin.

Hair products that have the word, "Replenish" on it is made to moistureize your hair.

Try using a dry shampoo if you need to wash out your hair. One dry shampoo you can use is baby powder, simply sprinkle some onto your hair and use a comb to comb it off

Protect hair Loss Easy 6 Ways !!!

1. Drink Water: Drinking pure water is a good therapy to prevent loss hair. Water helps clean harmful toxins from our body which can be often major causes for hair loss. So, it is make sure that you drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily to prevent hair loss.

2. Protein: Hair is actually made from protein. So, protein is necessary to prevent their loss. Experts say that an average adult should consume about 46 to56 grams protein daily.

3. Diet: You should take always fresh fruits and vegetables including vitamins A (eggs, squash, pumpkin, mangoes, carrots), C (Alma, guava, lemon and citrus fruits), and E (wheat germ, almond, avocado, coconut) for your health and stronger hair.

4. Iron: It’s a widely known fact that iron deficiency can cause hair loss. Iron is needed to raise your hair which is producing oxygen-toting hemoglobin and it is necessary for healthy hair.

5. Hormonal Imbalance: Another reason for hair loss is hormonal imbalance. Most of the women are facing this problem within 3-4 months after childbirth. You have to make sure that you are taking good nutrition food during pregnancy.

6. Smoking: Smoking is always dangerous for health. But it is also bad for hair growth. Smoking prevents good blood supply in our body and this cause to prevent hair growth.
