Title: Drink water

Now it is summer. The temperature is increasing day by day.I request you all to drink at least five litres water in a day. Avoid soft drinks, drink juice.

In fine, I request you all to drink liquid foods as much as you can.

Drinking water is most useful in this summer than soft drinks. thanks for the post
