Common Forum / Doesn't mean

Our University’s heart is we, the student.  Daffodil International University is a great platform for higher study. Many of our students already passed their education & contributing in the country & abroad also.  

We are here for study of course but we have also many responsibilities for our beloved university. It is the time to think again about those responsibilities. Many of our students come & back. They think that varsity is only for study. I have doubt about this thought.

From the responsibilities of us we can declare a “Clean Day” in our University.  In the day of “clean day” we will move to beauty. Our literate class room wall, table-chair, many date expired poster will be happy for it.

Earlier in much conversation I have discovered that in our forum many topics come with very strongly & potentially. Many students, lecturer & authority accept & agree with the strong topic. After that another topic start & the strong topic become old. everybody (student, lecturer & authority) also forget about conversation they had agreed.

All the member of Daffodil International University becomes get together in forum. So it’s the source of power & source of think tank.  Our University offers us many opportunity but we know a bit. We want to know every opportunity keeping for us.

You need to know / You & your brain

Your brain craves novelty. It’s always searching, scanning & waiting for something unusual. It was built that way, and it helps you stay alive. Unfortunately you just never know.

So what does it take to learn something? First, you have to get it, and then make sure you don’t forget it. It’s not about pushing facts into your head. Based on latest research in cognitive science, neurology, and educational psychology, learning takes a lot more than text on a page.

                    

If you really want to learn, and you want to learn more quickly and more deeply, pay attention to how you pay attention. Think about how you think. Learn how to you learn.

Most of us did not know about learning theory when we were growing up. We were expected to learn, but rarely taught to learn.

Business Festival / IMAGE, for the response of the students

 Congratulations to the Daffodil International University 2nd business festival  team. The University and the student are proud for them. We have again proved ourselves. The workshop and seminar was really useful & enjoyable. The students learn a lot from this workshop and seminars as well as they also get the flavor of practical life and professional life. It is the best way to implement our knowledge, what we have learned.





There are many stall in the business festival & we are (IMAGE-Impression Management for Attaining Glorious Existence) proud to participate in the festival. I want to mention the IMAGE team very different because they have English, computer science & engineering, Textile and BBA students in their team. There was no other team like IMAGE team. We believe that Business, technology and English together can change our situation & real develop only comes after the shake of this. I want to get back to the subject of this post that is “IMAGE, for the response of the student”. This sentence is the background of creation of IMAGE. Some students felt earlier that they have many problems in themselves and they are suffering in an image crisis.

Among the students there is no interpersonal relationship. They are looking for “e” friendship. They are feeling loneliness. They finding friend in the mobile, in the internet & following many other ridicules way. They don’t know what they want, where they want to go. They are loosing their culture, behavior and forgetting to show respect to the family, friend, and society all over to their surround environment. Unfortunately they don’t come to understand about their image.

IMAGE (Impression Management for Attaining Glorious Existence) wants to develop this problem. We want to create a platform where students will share their experience, they discuss about their problem. If we become able to locate our problem and comes to understand about our duty then we also can do solve. We may also organize workshop, seminar, motivational program and many others to expect our development. I am sure our honorable teachers are ready to give their all to develop our own world. It also helps us to develop our teacher student relationship. When our family, society, friend, institute will be pleased on our behavior then our goal primary goal will achieve and then we will move to our next goal.

IMAGE participated in the business festival and our honorable Chairman Sir, VC sir & many others sir congratulate us do focus this issue. We have got a warm welcomed from the student & they are agreeing with us. We have told them that being together we’ll do it. We are delighted to get the response from all. It gives us more strength. Our Honorable chairman sir dropped an idea in our idea bank. Many of our respectable sirs dropped their idea in our idea bank. Our next mission   will be implementing this idea of course.

The Word “God” in the Quran

What More Do The Disbelievers Want?

God informs us in 74:25-30 that the authenticity of the Quran will be proven by the number ....... 19.
God describes as "One of the greatest miracles" (74:35) this code, based on the number ................ 19.
The word "God" (Allah) occurs in the Quran 2698 times, and this number equals ...................... 19x142.
The sum of the verse numbers wherever the word "God" is found comes to 118123, or ............. 19x6217.
The sum of all the occurrences of the word "God" in all the verses
whose numbers are multiples of 19 (i.e., verses 19,38,57,76, etc.) is 133, or..................................... 19x7.
The sum of all the occurrences of the word "God" in all the verses
whose numbers are NOT multiples of 19 comes to 117990, or......................................................    19x6210.
The suras whose number of verses is divisible by 19 are Suras 47, 82, 87, & 96.
The word "God" occurs in these suras 27, 1, 1, & 1 times, respectively. By adding
these sura numbers, plus the occurrences of the word "God," the total is 342, or ........................ 19x18.
From the first set of Quranic Initials (A.L.M. of Sura 2) to the last Quranic Initial
(N. of Sura 68), the number of occurrences of the word "God" is 2641 times, or ......................... 19x139
Outside the initialed section of the Quran (Sura 1 on one side, and Suras 69-114
on the other side), the word "God" occurs 57 times, or......................................................................    19x3.
By adding the numbers of suras and verses where these 57 occurrences of the word

Does Sura 9 Consist of 127 verses, or 129 verses? Here are more proofs
Take all the suras whose number of verses end with the digit “7”. These are suras
1, 9*, 25, 26, 45, 86, & 107. Their number of verses are 7, 127 *, 77, 227, 37, 17, & 107,
respectively. The total occurrence of the word "God" In these sums is 209, or .……………...... 19x11
Take all the suras whose number of verses end with the digit "9." These are sura 10, 15, 29,
43, 44, 48, 52, 57, 81, 82, 87, 96, & 104. They consist of 109, 99, 69, 89, 59, 29, 49, 29,
29, 19, 19, 19, & 9 verses, respectively. The total occurrence of the word "God" in these
suras is 190, or...    19x10
The number of occurrences of the word "God" from the beginning of the Quran
to the end of Sura 9 (9:127) is 1273, or...    19x67.
The sura number (9), plus its verses (127), plus the word "God" in Sura 9 (168), gives 304, or... 19x16.
The word "God" occurs in 85 suras; the sum of every sura number, plus the number of the
last verse where the word "God" occurs, gives a total that equals 3910 + 5191 = 9101, or .......... 19x479.
Take the 85 sums where the word "God" occurs. Add the number of every sura, plus the
number of verses from the first to the last verse where the word "God" occurs, and
you get 3910 + 4260 = 8170, or ...    19x430

Like the Quran itself, the Quran's mathematical coding ranges from the very simple, to the very complex. The Simple Facts are those observations that can be ascertained without using any tools. The complex facts require the assistance of a calculator or a computer. The following facts do not require any tools to be verified, but please remember they all refer to the original Arabic text:

The first verse (1:1),known as "Basmalah," consists of 19 letters.
The Quran consists of 114 suras, which is ..............19 x 6.
The total number of verses in the Quran is 6346, or ....19 x 334.
[6234 numbered verses & 112 un-numbered verses
(Basmalahs) 6234+112 = 6346] Note that 6+3+4+6 =.......19.
The Basmalah occurs 114 times, despite its conspicuous
absence from Sura 9 (it occurs twice in Sura 27) & 114= 19x6.
From the missing Basmalah of Sura 9 to the extra
Basmalah of Sura 27, there are precisely ...............19 suras.
It follows that the total of the sura numbers from
9 to 27 (9+10+11+12+...+26+27) is 342, or .............19 x 18.
This total (342) also equals the number of words
between the two Basmalahs of Sura 27, and 342 = ........19 x 18.
The famous first revelation (96:1-5) consists of .......19 words.

(14 sets of initials) equals 836, or ................. 19 x 44.
Between the first initialed sura (Sura 2) and the last
initialed sura (Sura 68) there are 38 un-initialed suras 19 x 2.
Between the first and last initialed sura there are ....19 sets
of alternating "initialed" and "un-initialed" suras.
The Quran mentions 30 different numbers: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,
6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 19, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80,
99, 100, 200, 300, 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000, 50,000, &
100,000. The sum of these numbers is 162146, which equals 19x8534.

Be Alert / Road in-front of us

Today me & my friends drinking tea just outside of our varsity. Bus & car moving fast on the road. Daily many students cross this road. We are watching some of our student trying to cross the road but they can't. The road was traffic free & the driver driving desperately. Everyday we read about road accident in news paper. Recently a BUET student dies in road accident. It's quite intolerable & unexpected death.

We should think & care about this. We must keep save the road. Why we don't take step about it? At least speed breaker can help us. We should not wait for a single day more. We can also discuss with the traffic police to be more concern about their duty in-front of our varsity.

I don't want any die of dream.

Library of DIU / More access

I am very proud for our library. We have a very rich collection. The environment is very friendly & helpful. Some times it becomes over crowded, especially during the mid term & Semester final exam time. Our main resource of study is our library of course. Some of our courses involve us with three or more books & it's not as a reference book but as a mandatory. This example would be very perfect that is in mathematics there are many rules, lot of books & many things to learn & practice. It would be very helpful for the student, if they consider carrying the books in home within the rules. I think our student will cooperate with the rules & not misuse this opportunity. I have a request to our library team to arrange a quiz on daily newspaper. It would be once in a semester. It will be great & more students will be interested to move to library door.

A Lesson In Love
I watched intently as my little brother was caught in the act. He sat in the corner of the living room, a pen in one hand and my father's brand-new hymnbook in the other.
As my father walked into the room, my brother cowered slightly; he sensed that he had done something wrong. From a distance I could see that he had opened my father's new hymnal and scribbled in it the length and breadth of the first page with a pen. Now, staring at my father fearfully, he and I both waited for his punishment. And as we waited, there was no way we could have known that our father was about to teach us deep and lasting lessons about life and family, lessons that continue to become even clearer through the years.
My father picked up his prized hymnal, looked at it carefully, and then sat down, without saying a word. Books were precious to him; he was a clergyman and the holder of several degrees. For him, books were knowledge, and yet he loved his children. What he did next was remarkable. Instead of punishing my brother, instead of scolding or yelling or reprimanding, he sat down, took the pen from my brother's hand, and then wrote in the book himself, alongside the scribbles John had made: John's work, 1959, age 2. How many times have I looked into your beautiful face and into your warm, alert eyes looking up at me and thanked God for the one who has now scribbled in my new hymnal. You have made the book sacred, as have your brothers and sister to so much of my life.
"Wow," I thought. "This is punishment?"
The years and the books came and went. Our family experienced what all families go through and perhaps a little bit more: triumph and tragedy, prosperity and loss, laughter and tears. We gained grandchildren, we lost a son. We always knew our parents loved us and that one of the proofs of their love was the hymnal by the piano. From time to time we would open it, look at the scribbles, read my father's expression of love, and feel uplifted.
Now I know that through this simple act my father taught us how every event in life has a positive side - if we are prepared to look at it from another angle - and how precious it is when our lives are touched by little hands. But he also taught us about what really matters in life: people, not objects; tolerance, not judgment; love, not anger. Now I, too, am a father, and, like my dad, a clergyman and holder of degrees. But unlike my father, I do not wait for my daughters to secretly take books from my bookshelf and scribble in them. From time to time I take one down - not just a cheap paperback but a book that I know I will have for many years to come, and I give it to one of my children to scribble or write their names in. And as I look at their artwork, I think about my father, the lessons he taught me, the love he has for us and which I have for my children - love that is at the very heart of a family.
I think about these things and I smile. Then I whisper, "Thank you, Dad."
