Title: FRAGRANCE
Post by: irina on December 07, 2010, 02:40:26 PM
Fragrance can have a positive effect on our moods. Studies show that fragrant environment  has an uplifting effect on the mind and body. After exposure to lavender, jasmine and lemon scents, efficiency levels and alertness during meetings increased and typing errors were reduced. Now specific fragrances are used to get good effect in hotels, restaurants and hospitals in various countries; lemon to energize, jasmine to relax and lavender and peppermint to curb the urge to smoke. You can also create your own mood fragrances in your home and office as well.

Really it's a wonderful post. Fragrance works wonderfully on our mind. Now I'll have to think which fragrance I need! Thanks Irina Madam.
