Title: Scouts!!!!!! the leaders towards the betterment of a country

I praise the scouts to become a part of nation building activities......I'm very eager to join you!!!!!!!!

But I didn't completed any course related to scouts camping & training.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BECOME A PART OF DIU ROVER SCOUT WINGS WITHOUT THESE KIND OF REQUIRMENT? 

I'm very much eager to be one of you!!!!!!!!!!
