try to be more acquainted with the theme of Urbanization and migration its a totally different concept most of the cases urbanization growth on the basis present demand however in the some cases it depends on erosion, natural disaster etc but badly need to be planned urbanization. if we look all over the country maximum town are growing up unplanned way that,s why we are facing lot of problems like as Dhaka city and other divisional cities. Any way we should look this present issues and try to implement modification town planning method or replanning method to be consider the existing town planning.
Urbanization is a vital part of urban planning, it has lot of parameter and duly approved by famous urban planner in the regional and development content. You know BRE student introducing from this semester on the titled of " Principal of Urban planning" they are getting some ideas through their lecture and book reference and every day I keep my eyes in this sector what they are writing try to inspire them so that they will not reply you unconsciously.

Real Estate is a sector it does not emphasize only its out looking or lucrativeness beside those, this sector expose structural planning, architectural design, land use planning, considering earth quick protection, building strength, building longevity etc but many of the organization are not followed properly. But we do believe as BRE student they will be more conscious and try to implement its essential parameter so that people have to know the real scenery and feel more comfort to invest this sector.

Definitely Real Estate business demand gradually increase on the proposition other business that is almost 300+. It is a sight of great corner to create the opportunity of business entrepreneur who have earned minimum knowledge in this sector they are feeling more comfort and secure their invest as well as to make a confidence about their return. Still if you have observed than you will see this sector contributing and fulfilling all level people demand as per their requirements and limitations to considering as a base line parameter. We don’t avoid their contribution and meaning full thought as to provide in competitive market on the other hand this sector made a huge employment opportunity and resolve our unemployment problem. Very shortly this sector would be known to as a powerful and economic growth viable sector in National and Government level like as Garments. Among all rapid expansion of business sector, Real Estate business already make a place its stimulating and lucrative activities for community development. Your touching point is good and you have tried to build up an awareness in private and public sector for more investment in this sector. Reality of this sector are shown many of them are taking initiative without proper planning that’s why some time you may shown some company or organization in break down/fall down that is our not expectation. Formal Education: Currently environmental education is offered in primary schools. Primary education is compulsory for five years. To encourage education of girls in rural areas they pay no tuition fees up to grade. An integrated subject called Environmental Studies was been introduced into the primary and junior secondary syllabus in 1978.
The syllabus of Environmental Studies for grade 3, includes the causes and effects of degradation of the environment, the importance and methods of conservation, prevention of waste and pollution and conservation of water resources (Sharafuddin, 1990). The main principles for framing the Environmental Studies syllabus for Primary School are: ◊ The pupils will able to observe and know their immediate environment and develop a scientific attitude in solving their everyday problems; ◊ Study of separate subjects like biology, physics, chemistry, geography, geology, social studies, etc does not help young pupils understand the wholeness of the environment, so an integrated subject is very important; and ◊ Knowledge about proper use of environmental resources and of their conservation is essential for the maintenance of human life and civilisation. The topics included in the primary and a secondary curriculum indicate the coverage of environmental studies in the formal school system. Although the environment receives substantial coverage in primary education, the coverage at lower secondary school (grades 6-8) is rather sketchy. Worse still, activity-oriented methods of teaching are totally absent in the present school curriculum due to: ⇒ Insufficient adequately qualified teachers, ⇒ Lack of basic educational infrastructure such as suitable classrooms and work space, ⇒ Lack of educational equipment, audio-visual materials, etc, and ⇒ Teacher training which fails to provide knowledge of the environment and skills required for effective environmental education.

May be near future we need training, Dhaka city expansion really make a frighten issues day by day Dhaka city is growing up unplanned way and didn’t follow the rules and regulations of RAJUK that’s why last few years such types of unpredictable incident increase particularly in slums and densely areas. If we observed maximum building in Dhaka city have no safety and fire security system even though if any incident occurred in high ridge commercial and residential building what action they will take preliminary or how to resolve the problem they don’t have any ideas. Recently Dhaka City Corporation and planning department started a crash program and try to build up awareness to the community people how to protect them in violence situation. Recently City Corporation finished a demonstration in SQUARE Hospital and practically showed how to make prepare individually in crisis moment. Coincidentally, I was there and observed the whole operation practically that was really nice and definitely improve the awareness of people in the stated topics.
As from the planning and Environmental part it is very important to know the fundamental knowledge on fire safety and security and try to inspire other to establish a full set up in commercial and residential building to avoid man made hazard.
