It's very pathetic that many after being graduated can't find themselves in their desired place. Why shouldn't you be frustrated?
Start following these following things in mind:
1. Create an account in linkedin.com and decorate it by your qualifications and skills have your pdf copy from your profile.
2. Create an account in any popular B2E job site e.g., bdjobs.com or jobsbd.com
3. Prepare a good formatted resume.
4. Know the basic attributes of a good presenter.
5. Know the ins and outs that must be maintained before, during and after the interview.
Don't give up and go ahead.
