A Good CV/Resume / Re: Cover letter
« on: May 28, 2015, 12:07:58 PM »
well, I came to a recent concern that MNC corporates do not expect CV related things in the cover letter. So, I guess BBA and MBA issues should be removed from here. Still, local firms still require that.

is there anyone who can give me idea about AMOS Software to run Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)?

does it really make sense to identify in this way? For a country like Bangladesh where network coverage falls short it is a common phenomenon that making phone calls will become disrupted in a 6 sided covered trial room. Still, it might work.

We used to learn in our university days that Bangladesh has a competitive advantage over all other RMG manufacturing countries in terms of wage rate. But after some collisions by garments workers to revise the wage rate, I came to know that Bangladesh has lost its pride and our position is changed.

Can you provide us a ranking and let us show the current position of Bangladesh in this regard?

Real Estate / why are BRE Students not getting job suddenly?
« on: August 24, 2014, 10:06:46 AM »
I used to teach in BRE Dept for last couple of semesters. During that time, I used to see that students are getting job even before completing there degree. But with the passage of time, the market has become damn competitive and the real estate firms are not recruiting any employee from anywhere. They are asking the job candidates to get employed without any basic pay mostly. Rather, they are asking them to sell the plots/flats and get the commission. If it is the situation, future seems to be pathetic.

Can we take a drive to defend this situation?

Many may think this post as part of oiling or buttering the chairman of Daffodil Group. Truly speaking, I have no such intention. Even I used to think why everyone does so. Well, coming to the topic.

Few days back on 14th August, 2014, a workshop had been conducted on HR Leadership facilitated by Mr. Michael A Porter. This man is a global talent from UK who used to roam across the world. In between the session, Mr. Michael along with Sabur Khan and other faculty members were having slight chit-chat. There I saw Mr. Sabur Khan talking with Mr. Michael regarding best things about Bangladesh and its potentials. I was surprised to see that without promoting his own business venture of Daffodil Group, Mr. Sabur Khan was promoting Bangladesh like anything. I salute such a businessman.

I am really confused how using Meswak is okay while you are fasting.. coz here you are inserting an external stick in your mouth and the stick has its own liquor in it that comes out whenever it gets bitten with our teeth.

Business Administration / Re: What is Marketing?

simple.. Marketing is behaving in the way customers desire.. profit shouldn't be the prior consideration, but satisfaction matters.

I must say I am also a cyclist. For last couple of weeks, I am going through many objections from my students that cycles kept locked in the basement are not safe. The security guards used to say that an improved way to park cycles is on the way. Finally it came in. I on behalf of all the cyclists of Prince Plaza would like to thank the authorities involved in this process.
